Hello friends!
Can you believe it’s May already? Some of you are finally getting to experience spring. Yay! Meanwhile here in Texas we’re gearing up for summer already. I’m a big fan of Texas but not such a big fan of the heat. Here’s hoping we get a mild summer this year.
Anyway, to get to topic, today I’m sharing some favorite Pinterest recipes with you guys. Not just pretty pins that look nice my my boards, but actually ones that I have tried. I’m hoping you’ll try them and love them too. Also, hopefully sharing these will motivate me to try out more of the awesome looking recipes that I’ve pinned.
Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps

My sister-in-law introduced me to this recipe and it has since become a staple for us. We just had it for dinner last night in fact! I love to make a big batch of the mixture and freeze it for easy meals later. SO yummy!

I’ve only made this recipe once so far but it was delicious. I enjoyed the mix of flavors – different than your usual pasta dish. My only caveat is that I would add less peppers next time.

This is a staple dessert around here. You just whip up the cookie dough, spread it on a baking sheet to cook and then bam you have a great dessert in no time at all. So much easier than making normal cookies! I always bake these for a shorter amount of time than the recipe says … more like 12-15 minutes instead of 20.

I LOVE bean dip! I am not 100% positive that this is the recipe I used the last time but it looks like it’s pretty much identical. I love the addition of cream cheese … not your healthiest bean dip but SO delicious!
Copycat Panera Cream Cheese Spread

I made this cream cheese spread for our church’s Easter breakfast and it was fantastic! I omitted the walnuts in case anyone had nut allegies, but if I make it again for just my family I’ll definitely include them. It’s so easy to whip up and a much better deal money wise than buying the pre-made stuff at the store.
Hopefully I’ll be trying out some more Pinterest recipes soon to share with you guys. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!
