Want to spend less on groceries but not really sure how? I love this ebook that lays out 25 practical ways to slash your grocery bill.
If you’re trying to cut back on your spending, your grocery budget is usually a great place to start.
Reducing your grocery budget doesn’t mean that you have to eat an all beans and rice diet (or all processed foods either!) There are so many tips and tricks that you can use to spend less on groceries and slash that weekly grocery bill while still feeding your family well.
I’ve shared a lot about saving money on groceries before, but today I wanted to share with you all a resource from one of my favorite bloggers, Crystal Paine at Money Saving Mom. Crystal has so much wisdom to share on the topic of frugal living (as well as other topics – you may recognize her name from my review of her fabulous parenting book.)
A year or two ago I purchased Crystal’s ebook called Slash Your Grocery Bill: 25 Tried and True Strategies. To be honest, I tend to be a little skeptical of ebooks because I’ve come across some in the past that have been priced pretty high for the small amount of material they contain. However, Slash Your Grocery Bill is one that I can recommend without reservation.
In the ebook, Crystal shares 25 tried and true strategies for reducing your grocery bill. It’s not just a quick 25 point list either. Each of her points is fleshed out with lots of details and helpful examples. The ebook is 58 pages long and includes extra money saving tips, links to all sorts of helpful resources and recipes, and a sample menu at the end.
I consider myself pretty informed on ways to save money on groceries, but Crystal had multiple tips that I hadn’t thought of!
By implementing even just a few of the strategies Crystal lays out in Slash Your Grocery Bill, you’ll quickly start to see your grocery bill go down.
