There are a bunch of recipes for no-bake cookies out there already, but I felt compelled to share this one with you guys because I LOVE IT SO MUCH. It’s probably because I’m pregnant, but after I made these last week I couldn’t stop eating them! – note to self: do not make these again this pregnancy because I have no self-control!
Seriously, I still have chocolate candy sitting in my house from my birthday four months ago, but these no-bake cookies aren’t going to last a week. It must be the combination of peanut butter with chocolate that’s making pregnant-me so happy. Haha. ANYWAY. They are yummy.

The best thing is that you can whip them up super-duper quickly! You just have to wait a bit from them to harden up in the fridge afterwards.
Excuse me while I go eat one really quick . . .
